About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain a Python-based automation framework for product functionality and reliability across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Drive test automation, improve release confidence, and enhance engineering productivity using AI-assisted development practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify quality risks, investigate defects, and evolve test coverage throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional automation development experience with framework-building (not just scripting).
- Strong Python skills, including Pytest-based test suites, CLI tools, and endpoint validation across multiple OS platforms.
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in automation development and framework design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and maintaining multi-platform automation frameworks in Python, comfortable handling Windows, macOS, and Linux differences.
- Skilled in cloud infrastructure automation with AWS and familiarity with Azure and containerized environments (Docker).
- Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis with ability to drive quality improvements across software development lifecycle.
