About This Role
- Lead the annual learning & development plan at Soho House Mumbai, addressing capability gaps and aligning local needs with global standards.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate diverse learning experiences including onboarding, workshops, digital modules, and facilitator-guided content to enhance employee and leadership performance.

- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and reporting tools.
