About This Role
- Lead complex security incident investigations and forensic analysis to identify and contain advanced threats.
- Manage and optimize Security Operations functions including SIEM rule tuning, vulnerability management, Cortex XDR threat hunting, and PAM compliance.
- Mentor L1/L2 SOC analysts and collaborate with security engineers and IT teams to improve security processes and response capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years overall experience with at least 5 years in Information Security domain focused on Security Operations (L1/L2).
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical expertise in SIEM (rule creation, log source integration, correlation tuning), Vulnerability Management (CVE analysis, scripting), Cortex XDR (detection, policy config), and PAM (privileged account/session management) across Windows/UNIX/LDAP/Databases.
- Work Mode: Hyderabad location, Work from Office with rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Infrastructure Security Services with hands-on skills in incident response, identity & access management, threat protection, and vulnerability management.
- Capable of leading advanced investigations and mentoring junior analysts indicating senior operational leadership.
- Comfortable working in a product-driven, compliance-sensitive healthcare technology environment involving multi-platform security tools.
