About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks covering APIs, backend, web/mobile UI, and blockchain components.
- Define and drive quality strategies including test planning, risk assessment, and release readiness for product teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence system design, integrate CI/CD test pipelines, and improve reliability and observability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in quality engineering or software development in test with ownership of automation strategy.
- Strong programming skills primarily in Python or similar languages (JavaScript, Java, Go).
- Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Playwright) and API testing in microservices and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Agile environments, and AI-assisted development tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex, high-stakes environments such as fintech, digital assets, or crypto (preferred but not mandatory).
- Capable of shaping quality engineering practices across teams and influencing technical direction, especially at Staff level.
- Comfortable working in small, cross-functional teams with direct impact on production systems involving blockchain and institutional crypto infrastructure.
