About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operations of multiple residential apartment communities in Chennai, including recruitment, training, and SLA-based operational reviews.
- Handle customer escalations, maintain client relationships, and perform frequent site visits to ensure service quality.
- Lead and coordinate facility services teams, identify process improvements, and present operational metrics and performance reports to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience in Facility Management Services.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E) with specialization in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Strong knowledge of MEP technical services is preferred.
- Job location: Chennai, India.
