About This Role
- Analyze delivery data to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure delivery operations adhere accurately to processes and quality management standards, coordinating with project managers and consultants.
- Lead process streamlining and data integrity efforts, implementing best practices and automation; generate reports and dashboards on delivery performance and key metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance roles, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Experience with SOWs and project setup in PSA, preferably MSD365 and/or Financial Force.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in relevant roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiar with PSA tools and financial project management, especially MSD365 or Financial Force.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement and project management.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and providing subject matter expertise on operational processes.
