About This Role
- Manage multiple residential facility projects within Chennai, overseeing daily operations and client engagements.

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the facility management industry.
- Experience managing multiple teams and coordinating operations in a residential facility context.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills demonstrated by preparing reports for senior leadership and interacting at all organizational levels.
- Location requirement: Chennai City Corporation, Tamil Nadu, India.
