About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day MEP operations in a residential apartment complex, including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP, and Fire & Safety systems.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervise technical staff, and manage vendor and contractor relationships.
- Ensure safety, statutory compliance, emergency handling, maintenance reporting, and energy consumption monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience in MEP, Facility Management, or Residential Apartments.
- Diploma or degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency with MEP system operations including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP/WTP, and fire-fighting systems.
- Location requirement: Porur, Tamil Nadu.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and vendor coordination in residential facilities.
- Skilled in emergency management and compliance with safety and statutory standards.
- Demonstrated ability to handle preventive and corrective maintenance using data-driven reporting tools like MS Excel.
