About This Role
- Own and drive process excellence strategies specifically for the Insurance domain to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify improvements, implement process changes, and ensure process performance through data analysis.
- Provide coaching on process excellence principles, while identifying and mitigating risks related to process changes.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in process improvement and process excellence, preferably in Insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry operations and processes.
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years.

- Experience leading high-impact process improvement initiatives within the insurance sector or similar regulated industries.
- Skilled in leveraging data analytics to drive operational decisions and improvements.
- Proven leadership capabilities managing cross-functional teams in a consulting or IT services environment.
