About This Role
- End-to-end management of US Trade and Payment Operations including customer delivery, stakeholder management, and risk and control measures.
- Maintain agreed SLA thresholds for Trade Finance Transactions and ensure compliance with Bank Policy, International Practices, and regulatory requirements such as US OFAC and Dept. of Commerce.
- Lead and execute process re-engineering and transformation projects; solve complex customer issues for Mashreq Bank across countries.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required; certifications such as CDCS/CITF/CTFP mandatory.
- 15-20 years of experience in Trade Finance with prior exposure to US Trade and Payment Operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Swift message types, Trade Finance products, sanctions, AML, Anti-Boycott laws, and US regulatory requirements (OFAC, Dept. of Commerce).
- Work Experience Required: 15-20 years in Trade Finance

- Experienced leader with history of managing US Trade and Payment Operations and delivering SLA targets across CIBG, IBG, and FIG segments.
- Skilled in regulatory compliance, risk control, process optimization, and leading change management projects.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with ability to consult internal/external clients and mentor a high-performing team.
