About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and AI-powered agentic workflows that automate complex business processes in the home services domain.
- Integrate multiple systems and external platforms via Python, REST APIs, webhooks, and MCP to enhance AI capabilities and business system interactions.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security through testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI applications and intelligent automation workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with proficiency in Python and backend development including APIs and integrations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying AI/LLM-powered applications with agentic workflows that interact with external systems.
- Experience with software architecture, REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), databases, version control, and modern development practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer with a strong background in building AI-powered automation and agentic systems integrated with multiple business platforms.
- Comfortable operating independently on technical deliverables and adapting to emerging AI technologies and tools such as MCP, AI agent frameworks, and LLM orchestration.
- Familiar with scalable, microservices-based architectures and real-time automation solutions, with experience delivering customer-facing digital products involving multi-service integrations.
