About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable workforce management software impacting physical operations teams.
- Own engineering projects end to end, including technical planning, delivery, and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to innovate and improve system reliability, performance, and observability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Go, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
- Experience with distributed, scalable, and reliable systems plus cloud infrastructure and microservices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Hands-on contributor able to independently drive complex software projects with technical decision-making authority.
- Experienced in building and maintaining high-performance, reliable backend services in a growth-stage product environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product/design teams and mentoring peers in engineering best practices.
