About This Role
- Own administration, support, and operational management of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Analysis Services, and related BI platform infrastructure.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support, incident investigation, troubleshooting, and communication for BI platform stability and performance.
- Lead platform monitoring, security administration, performance optimization, release management, and drive continuous improvement and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in BI platform administration, support, or infrastructure roles.
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric Administration, Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, SQL Server administration and performance tuning, and Data Gateway configuration.
- Experience in enterprise-scale, global BI platform support with knowledge of security management, RBAC, tenant-level configuration, and audit monitoring.
- Work Location: Bangalore; Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office); Work Timing: 12 PM – 9 PM. Contract type: Temporary (2-3 years).

- Experienced BI platform owner capable of maintaining enterprise-grade BI environments supporting multiple countries and business units.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and operational discipline with a customer-service mindset and detailed orientation.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional, international IT and business environment with strong English communication skills.
