About This Role
- Translate loosely defined healthcare business needs into clear, prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria for digital platform development.
- Coordinate delivery across engineering, QA, UAT, and production teams with regular status updates and stakeholder communication.
- Lead UAT planning and execution, ensure operational readiness, and manage release validation and documentation for healthcare applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience on software delivery projects with multiple end-to-end releases.
- Proven skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data specifications.
- Experience with web applications, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Agile tools like Jira and Confluence, and basic SQL/Power BI knowledge.
- Excellent English communication skills for senior stakeholder interaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare or behavioral health domain including HIPAA and protected health information workflows.
- Operates with strong ownership, tracking action items to closure and proactively managing risks.
- Skilled in Agile delivery within cross-functional teams and comfortable facilitating sessions with senior US-based stakeholders.
