About This Role
- Perform operational activities related to institutional investment transactions including processing, reconciliation, inquiry research, and issue resolution within established procedures and timelines.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and execution while supporting audit and compliance requirements.
- Lead or participate in projects and provide training and guidance to less experienced team members, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations support experience or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience in payment operations and working with Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Job timing requirement: Working hours from 4:30pm to 1:30pm.

- Skilled at analyzing and resolving operational issues and capable of handling multiple priorities under time-sensitive deadlines.
