About This Role
- Lead configuration and customization of LabVantage LIMS modules including sample management, batch management, ELN/LES, and instrument connectivity to meet lab and business needs.
- Manage LabVantage system upgrades, support multi-site/global rollouts, and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP using APIs and middleware.
- Ensure GxP/CSV compliance including 21 CFR Part 11, perform troubleshooting across application and database layers, and document technical and compliance processes in line with regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
- 8+ years experience in laboratory informatics preferably in pharma, biotech, or chemicals; 5+ years relevant industry experience; minimum 3+ years hands-on LabVantage development/configuration.
- Proficient with LabVantage tech stack (Java, JavaScript, SQL Server), report development (Jasper Reports or equivalent), and LIMS-ERP integration.
- Experience managing validated/regulated environments with CSV/SDLC knowledge and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11.

- Proven ability to translate complex laboratory and business requirements into technical solutions in regulated pharmaceutical or related environments.
