About This Role
- Manage full accounts payable cycle including processing PO and non-PO invoices, three-way matching, vendor reconciliations, and preparing payment proposals.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (WHT, TDS, TCS, VAT, GST), internal controls (SOX), and participate in audits maintaining documentation and security standards.
- Track and meet KPIs for invoice accuracy, payment timeliness, query resolution, and suggest process improvements using automation tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable operations or shared-service finance role within multinational setting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, MBA Finance, CA Intermediate, or equivalent.
- Proficient with ERP systems like YARDI, MRI, Oracle and case management tools such as Zendesk or ServiceNow.
- On-site location requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes with solid understanding of invoice processing, vendor master data, and payment handling.
- Skilled in compliance with SOX and internal controls with proven ability to manage audits and maintain documentation.
- Capable of managing workload independently, owning tasks end-to-end, meeting deadlines, and actively contributing to continuous process improvement.
