About This Role
- Own and drive success for small construction or design projects while supporting larger projects, ensuring clear objectives and streamlined communication.
- Manage project budgets with accurate forecasting and expenditure control, and produce regular project reports, analyses, and reviews.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships balancing client needs with JLL business interests, including managing project revenue and risks, while ensuring health, safety, and sustainability compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
- Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
- On-site work required in NCR, Jaipur, Mohali, or North India.
- Experience in documentation, planning, and management for civil, interior works, or MEP services at construction sites.
