About This Role
- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle for enterprise Java applications with a focus on microservices and AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive architecture decisions ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams while partnering with senior stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and oversee production support.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years of software engineering experience with strong Java expertise.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Kafka (or similar messaging platforms), Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Mongo) including performance tuning and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
