About This Role
- Support and execute financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, consolidation, and continuous-improvement initiatives to provide accurate and decision-useful finance deliverables.
- Strengthen forecasting accuracy, streamline reporting processes, and implement AI and automation-enabled finance and cross-functional solutions.
- Prepare financial commentary, manage budget coordination, perform variance analysis, and present results to senior management while maintaining compliance with internal guidelines and accounting standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business & Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, G&A Finance, Technology Finance, Project Controls, or related finance discipline.
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, consolidation, and quarter-close activities.
- Proficiency in ERP/EPM/BI systems such as SAP S4, Anaplan, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools; plus familiarity with AI and automation platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry finance with exposure to cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, digital fluency, and translating complex data into strategic insights.
- Capable of managing projects and changes in matrixed environments, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and business unit leads.
