About This Role
- Lead and grow a full stack engineering team, owning end-to-end delivery of Bidgely's cloud-native applications and services.
- Drive technical strategy, architecture, AI/LLM adoption, and modernization from legacy to containerized microservices.
- Manage project delivery including sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years software engineering experience with 2–4 years in Engineering Manager or Tech Lead role.
- Strong backend proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, and solid frontend/API skills (React, Angular, REST, GraphQL).
- Experience with cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP and migration of legacy codebases to containerized microservices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineering leader proficient in both hands-on full stack development and managing teams of 5–15 engineers.
- Strong execution focus with capability to remove blockers, optimize delivery processes, and mentor engineers at various levels.
- Technically fluent in AI/LLM frameworks and agentic AI integration with ability to translate complex technical topics for cross-functional stakeholders.
