About This Role
- Manage technical delivery and programs involving multiple teams across application development, testing, DevOps, infrastructure, and production support.
- Own delivery plans, technical roadmaps, resource allocation, budgets, risks, and timelines for on-premises and cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architecture, security, QA, business, and operations to ensure application security, performance, scalability, availability, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, program management, or related IT roles.
- Experience managing multiple teams in application development, testing, DevOps, infrastructure, and production support.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, databases, and enterprise integrations.
- Work location must be Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, or Bangalore, with minimum 3 days working from office per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hybrid-cloud and cloud migration initiatives involving AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Well-versed in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), DevOps practices, CI/CD, and release management.
- Capable of coordinating complex technical delivery with strong understanding of application security, disaster recovery, and compliance requirements.
