About This Role
- Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GSK’s artwork and packaging digital product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle including backlog management, delivery planning, release, adoption, and ongoing performance measurement within enterprise technology and compliance frameworks.
- Manage product investment, vendor relationships, cross-functional teams, and governance, focusing on measurable improvements in business performance, user experience, and operational sustainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, ownership, digital transformation, or technology delivery within regulated manufacturing, supply chain, quality, laboratory, or life sciences domains.
- Experience specifically with artwork and packaging processes, workflows, and platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience in Agile/hybrid delivery environments, product backlog leadership, managing budgets and investment cases, and knowledge of compliance standards such as GxP, data protection, and cyber security.
