About This Role
- Lead strategy and execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence, business transformation, and intelligent automation across Enterprise Operations.
- Establish and mature process management capabilities, oversee governance, risk compliance, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, client experience, and risk management.
- Build and lead high-performing interdisciplinary teams while managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring value realization from transformation programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 18 years experience in operational excellence, business transformation, business intelligence, analytics, automation, and enterprise program delivery.
- Minimum 10 years experience leading global teams and large-scale transformation portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, operational risk management, regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Location: Bengaluru, India (onsite role).
