About This Role
- Lead resolution of escalated billing issues and manage complex payer calls related to billing inquiries, negotiations, and disputes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness, including conducting audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training, mentorship, and collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor KPIs related to revenue cycle management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Denials Management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing regulations, payer guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership experience including coaching and mentoring abilities.

- Experienced in managing complex billing disputes and working directly with payers on escalations.
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and using performance-tracking tools to drive improvements.
- Demonstrates ability to lead process improvements and effectively implement change within revenue cycle management.
