About This Role
- Own end-to-end design of complex, data-rich enterprise software experiences, focusing on AI-powered features.
- Set design vision and craft standards while mentoring other product designers in Bengaluru and collaborating with global teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product management, user research, UX writing, and data science to create scalable and intuitive design solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Based in Bengaluru with hybrid work arrangement.
- MDes/BDes or equivalent degree in design, HCI, communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience in full lifecycle product design for web or software applications.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma and portfolio submission required.

- Experienced enterprise product designer with strong systems and platform thinking for scalable UI/UX design.
- Expertise designing data visualization and data-rich interfaces, able to make complex information clear and actionable.
- Proven leader able to drive design strategy, deliver solutions for ambiguous problems, and elevate team craft through mentoring.
