About This Role
- Own end-to-end design of core product areas for AI-powered Talent Enterprise experiences across web, mobile, and desktop.
- Collaborate closely with local engineering, regional and US design and product partners to deliver polished, visually rich, and engaging user interfaces.
- Communicate design concepts effectively and work with development teams to launch high-quality, motion-enhanced enterprise products.
Minimum Requirements
- Location: Bengaluru, India; hybrid work model (office and remote) based on business needs.
- 6+ years experience in full product lifecycle design for web or software applications.
- Degree: MDes/BDes or equivalent in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently delivering medium to large-scale design projects within enterprise or software product environments.
- Skilled in designing AI/LLM-powered and agentic experiences, including rapid AI prototyping using tools like Copilot or Figma Make.
- Strong visual communication and motion design capabilities, with ability to influence product strategy and solve complex, unstructured problems across teams.
