About This Role
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions across all SDLC phases including design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operations.
- Advise management on project-level technical issues and guide junior engineers.
- Make independent technical decisions following internal conventions and industry best practices, focusing on scalable and reliable software design.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years relevant software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Java (Core Java, J2EE, Spring framework) and building RESTful services/microservices.
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, multi-threaded programming, HTTP/REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and distributed stream processing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing solutions optimized for reliability, scalability, availability, and performance in commercial or large-scale environments.
- Comfortable operating with minimal supervision and advising on complex technical project issues.
- Has hands-on experience leveraging AI/GenAI tools to enhance software engineering productivity across coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
