About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise Java applications including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Lead architecture, system design, performance optimization, and resiliency for microservices-based systems using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML/GenAI technologies to enhance products and engineering productivity; mentor developers and enforce best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL/Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, design patterns, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD tools (Jenkins/TeamCity), Git, JIRA, and Linux.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Work Experience Required: 8+ years.

- Experienced in designing and delivering scalable microservices architectures in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrates technical leadership with ability to influence architecture decisions and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML/GenAI techniques and tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Isolation Forest, LSTM models, LangChain) into software products and engineering workflows.
