About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Workday Adaptive Planning models, reports, dashboards, and integrations to support global Finance planning and forecasting.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Adaptive Planning users in a global enterprise environment.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to continuous improvement using automation and AI-driven analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of total technology professional experience.
- At least 4 years hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning including model configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Availability to work core hours overlapping the London business day (time zone requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting global or enterprise-scale Adaptive Planning environments with deep understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).
- Familiar with Workday Financials, Foundation Data Model (FDM), Adaptive Reporting, OfficeConnect, and integration technologies like Workday EIBs or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure Data Factory).
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating closely with global Finance and IT teams, operating in an Agile environment with continuous improvement focus.
