About This Role
- Manage and support MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments including development, testing, UAT, and production for enterprise integrations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft tools.
- Coordinate platform upgrades, API security policy management, incident resolution, and compliance with integration security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–7 years of overall IT/integration experience with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft preferred.
- Proven experience supporting Salesforce integrations through MuleSoft including REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Work Experience Required: 4–7 years in IT/integration, 3+ years MuleSoft experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration and Salesforce integration with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Familiar with enterprise production-support, change management, and coordinating across global technical teams.
- Skilled in API security, incident/problem management, and maintaining technical documentation for integrations.
