About This Role
- Serve as primary contact for employees and managers in APAC on People Operations questions, policies, and compliance with local laws.
- Manage and improve key People processes across employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll readiness, absences, and offboarding ensuring alignment with global and local standards.
- Support People reporting and analytics, collaborate across regions and time zones, and contribute to regional and global People projects and process automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years relevant People Operations experience with strong knowledge of APAC labour laws and People practices, ideally in SaaS/technology or global matrix environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday (business process execution and data maintenance) and ServiceNow or similar case management system.
- Ability to work hybrid with minimum three days per week in Bengaluru office and manage collaboration across multiple time zones including evening calls.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in People Operations; Location Requirement: Bengaluru office presence mandatory.

- Experience working in fast-paced, global, and matrixed organizations with diverse cultural teams in APAC region.
- Strong operational focus on process improvement, automation, compliance, and employee lifecycle management in People Operations.
- Comfortable managing confidential information and complex employee relations matters with good judgment and discretion.
