About This Role
- Design, build, deploy AI-driven automation agents integrated with IT service management and collaboration platforms to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, secure, scalable, reliable, and supportable while supporting testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational handoff.
- Maintain and improve reusable AI automation components and contribute technical expertise to expand automation capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or systems integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building automation workflows using platforms like Copilot Studio, n8n, Node-RED, or Zapier and working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Experience deploying AI/automation solutions into enterprise or production environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong practical experience integrating AI automation with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams).
- Experienced in developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or automation assistants in enterprise IT or managed services environments.
- Proficiency in API integrations and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) to build scalable, production-ready AI-driven workflows.
