About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines and data warehouse components to support business reporting and analytics.
- Provide Level 1 production support including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident triage, root cause analysis, and on-call rotation participation.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable data solutions and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience including internship.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in complex queries, joins, aggregations, stored procedures.
- Experience with Python and at least one ETL/ELT tool such as dbt Core, Informatica, Apache Airflow, or Astronomer.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or exposure to cloud data warehousing and related technologies, especially Snowflake and AWS services.
- Comfortable with production support roles including monitoring, on-call rotations, and incident management.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitLab) and a collaborative engineering environment with mentorship.
