About This Role
- Lead process optimization, AI adoption, and operational transformation initiatives across Technology and Global Centers to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with senior business, COO, and technology leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact transformation, automation, and AI opportunities.
- Develop and deliver executive communications, dashboards, and metrics to track progress and demonstrate value realization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Operations, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, process improvement, technology strategy, automation, AI enablement, or operational excellence; at least 8 years relevant experience expected.
- Expertise in process optimization, business transformation, operational excellence, and AI adoption including Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, process mining, and automation tools (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform).
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, program and project management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to execute cross-functional transformation programs.
- Proven ability to drive AI (especially Generative AI) adoption and operational efficiency at scale in a complex global financial services environment.
- Skilled in consulting-style problem solving, change leadership, and using data-driven methods to realize business value from process and technology transformations.
