About This Role
- Define and oversee enterprise-wide architecture for GenAI systems, agent frameworks, LLM integration, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Establish and enforce AI governance standards including security, ethical use, context management (MCP), agent communication protocols (A2A), and explainability.
- Lead evaluation and integration of AI tooling and frameworks and provide cross-functional advisory on LLM implementations across product and engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML system design, specifically with GenAI, LLMs, or agentic architectures.
- Proven experience architecting production-grade GenAI platforms or frameworks at scale.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with GenAI libraries such as OpenAI, transformers, Pydantic, LangChain, faiss, pinecone.
- Experience integrating AI into cloud environments, preferably Azure (Databricks, Azure Foundry).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep technical expert with system-level thinking and hands-on delivery background in advanced AI technologies.
- Experience influencing AI strategy and standards across multi-product or multi-cloud environments.
- Ability to mentor and build internal capabilities around GenAI innovation and drive adoption of best practices and reusable components.
