About This Role
- Lead a squad with end-to-end ownership of a product area including roadmap, technical design, and delivery.
- Drive frontend and backend architecture decisions while personally contributing critical code.
- Raise engineering quality and mentor engineers through code reviews, best practices, and feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong full-stack fundamentals including APIs, data modeling, UI architecture, performance, and debugging.
- Experience leading technical initiatives or engineering teams and owning projects from design through delivery.
- Remote work from India location is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in pragmatic technical trade-offs under ambiguity and fast startup environments.
- Strong communication skills to drive alignment across engineering and product teams.
- Background or interest in fintech, compliance, fraud, risk, workflow systems, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
