About This Role
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales MIS reports, dashboards, and performance data to support sales decision-making.
- Manage and update customer, prospect, and market databases and support CRM data integrity in Salesforce and Excel.
- Coordinate business process improvements and support sales operations through market research, data analysis, and interdepartmental follow-ups.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales back-office operations, MIS reporting, or sales coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for business insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large data sets, building structured databases, and independently handling MIS reporting.
- Familiar with sales processes and business performance analysis including sales forecasting and lead management.
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to perform internet-based market research and deliver timely analytical support to sales teams.
