About This Role
- Own end-to-end design for Payments Platform's web, mobile, and new commercial surfaces focusing on payment methods, switchers, and refunds.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Finance to design scalable, globally compliant payment and monetization systems.
- Lead design of new payment monetization surfaces from concept to launch, optimize checkout approval rates, reduce involuntary churn, and simplify billing/subscription flows.
Minimum Requirements
- Based in Bangalore, India with hybrid work model.
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of user experience design, with success delivering large-scale transactional or commerce software.
- Must provide portfolio or samples of work for application.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading strategic end-to-end design projects in payment, billing, or subscription systems.
- Experienced designing in compliance-heavy, regulated environments (financial regulations, trust, tax).
- Strong systems thinker capable of creating coherent experiences across multiple payment methods and markets.
