About This Role
- Manage procurement operations focusing on purchase order processing, vendor onboarding, and contract compliance within SAP Ariba.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements while maintaining supplier relationships.
- Analyze procurement data and collaborate with teams to drive process improvements and cost control initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years total work experience, with 4+ years specifically in procurement or procurement operations.
- Experience with SAP Ariba modules, preferably 2-3 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in procure-to-pay, purchasing, contracts, and compliance with strong operational ownership in procurement processes.
- Skilled at using SAP Ariba and identifying/implementing procurement process improvements.
- Capable of collaborating cross-functionally and managing supplier relationships with attention to financial and regulatory compliance.
