About This Role
- Manage multiple Applications Development teams to deliver application systems analysis and programming activities.
- Provide technical oversight and strategic input in architecting and solutioning analytics projects, especially with Tableau and Big Data technologies.
- Oversee project delivery, budgeting, resource allocation, risk assessment, and compliance within Applications Development teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics projects within a multinational or similarly complex global organization.
- 6-8 years hands-on experience in architecting and solutioning Analytics projects using Tableau and Big Data tech stacks (Hadoop/Hive/Spark).
- 3-4 years relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior manager with proven leadership in delivery, stakeholder, and people management of analytics applications.
- Strong background in consulting/project management methodologies and standards in a global, complex environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and changing requirements while maintaining strategic oversight and compliance focus.
