About This Role
- Lead design, development, and support of Java Spark-based applications including building scalable APIs and integrations.
- Analyze business requirements to deliver technical solutions with focus on application performance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and driving automation, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 13-17 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- Strong expertise in Java Spark, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL databases, Git, JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD tools.

- Experienced in leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring developer teams.
- Skilled in driving modernization efforts and applying automation in application development.
- Preferably has domain knowledge in financial services or regulated industries and familiarity with Big Data technologies and modern engineering practices.
