About This Role
- Own and develop the enterprise data architecture and solutions roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-impact team of data and solution architects across multiple business domains.
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of modern data architectures and standards ensuring security, scalability, compliance, and enablement for advanced analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in data or solution architecture leadership roles at enterprise level.
- Proven experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry data architecture strategy and delivery.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data technologies (data lakes, APIs, ETL/ELT).
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance (HIPAA, GxP), and data privacy best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing and developing global cross-functional data architecture teams in matrixed environments.
- Strategic thinker with ability to influence executive leadership and align technology investments with business objectives.
- Technical expert familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks, modern data architectures (data mesh, lakehouse), and integrating AI/ML into data platforms.
