About This Role
- Own end-to-end preparation and 1st level review of client financial statements, portfolio schedules, and regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage and coach team members, coordinate workflows, oversee task distribution, and maintain process adherence including risk management and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate across departments and global offshoring partners to resolve client issues, implement automation/system enhancements, and handle ad-hoc projects and last-minute requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economics or equivalent; CA/CPA/ACCA or similar qualification preferred.
- 7+ years experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting, or finance preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS mandatory.
- Ability to work shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA hours.
