About This Role
- Lead modernization strategy including legacy assessments, application rationalization, cloud migration, and service decomposition.
- Own architecture design, governance, and technical risk management through implementation to operations transition.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring teams, guiding innovation, and ensuring compliance in AI-powered and cloud-native solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–16 years of experience with minimum 5 years in architecture leadership roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, .NET/.NET Core, Microservices, APIs, messaging platforms, and database/cloud architectures (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Solution Architect certification in at least one hyperscaler cloud platform is mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 12–16 years including 5+ years in architecture leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale enterprise application modernization and cloud migration across multiple industries such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
- Skilled in AI Agent architectures including LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and secure deployments combined with strong governance and strategic architecture planning.
- Comfortable managing distributed teams, leading governance frameworks and large transformation programs with strong stakeholder management and delivery planning skills.
