About This Role
- Lead delivery and management of multiple large-scale application modernization projects with responsibility for timelines, budgets, and stakeholder commitments.
- Drive technical delivery across Java, .NET, APIs, enterprise integrations, and modernization initiatives including legacy transformation and cloud migration.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices including CI/CD, automation, quality, security, and adopt AI-powered engineering solutions while managing customer escalation and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–16 years in application development, modernization, or enterprise application services with at least 5 years in technical delivery or engineering leadership.
- Experience managing large AMS portfolios (100+ resources) with SLA-driven delivery and customer engagement in large enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot, .NET/.NET Core, APIs, integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, quality engineering, and cloud-native practices.
- Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent relevant experience; certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum, Cloud, DevOps, ITIL, TOGAF) preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable managing large teams and complex portfolios in SLA-driven environments with strong stakeholder and risk management skills.
- Technical delivery expert with depth in both legacy code refactoring and modern cloud/microservices architectures, including AI-assisted SDLC adoption.
- Skilled in cross-sector transformation programs, particularly in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing, and effective in client-facing roles with escalations and delivery governance.
