About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and execution of Integrated Real-Time Operations Centers (IROC) for clients, focusing on production, safety, and asset optimization.
- Manage complex multi-disciplinary engineering studies and full-cycle IROC deployments, including building business cases and project budgets.
- Act as a trusted advisor driving cultural and process transformation to adopt integrated, data-driven operating models with advanced AI/ML capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 15 years total experience with up to 5 years site-based operational experience in Mining and/or Oil & Gas sectors.
- Minimum 5 years multi-disciplinary engineering delivery experience in IT/OT, production technology, and safety technology design and deployment.
- Minimum 1 successful full-cycle IROC implementation and leading at least 3 IROC or digital transformation studies (Scoping, PFS, or Feasibility).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Process, Automation/Control Systems), Information Technology, or related technical discipline; Master’s or MBA preferred.
