About This Role
- Post and reconcile payments with high accuracy (99%) as per ModMed processes.
- Collaborate with RCM Automation and RCM Lab teams to demonstrate workflows and support User Acceptance Testing for new processes.
- Mentor junior team members and perform self-audits to maintain quality standards in payment posting and credit/refund management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree mandatory, preferably in Finance or Commerce.
- 1-2 years of experience in RCM Payment Posting and related functions including Credits and Rejections.
- Deep knowledge of Payment Posting, Credit Refunds, and Rejection processes, including ability to post electronic and paper remits.
- Must work India night shift for first 2-3 months, then transition to day shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in front-end RCM payment posting operations with demonstrated process accuracy and quality assurance.
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration between automation, lab, and operational RCM teams.
- Comfortable working initial night shifts and adapting to evolving process automation efforts.
