About This Role
- Own the full lifecycle support of PRM digital and edge supply chain applications including requirements definition, development collaboration, testing, implementation, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze business processes and translate into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and business rules ensuring alignment with PRM standard and site-specific needs.
- Manage application portfolio including Oracle integrations, prepare test scenarios, coordinate releases, support production incident resolution, and deliver user training and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst supporting enterprise applications in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS supply chain processes and practical SQL skills for data validation and defect investigation.
- Experience covering software development lifecycle stages from requirements through production maintenance including test preparation and stakeholder communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex supply chain application portfolios with Oracle ERP integration and edge/custom system support.
- Operates effectively across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different sites and time zones with strong coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, backlog management, root-cause analysis, and working knowledge of associated development and integration technologies is a plus.
