About This Role
- Own the development and maintenance of BSP/POSIX software for automotive embedded systems including infotainment and cockpit platforms.
- Lead software module testing, debugging, and resolution of customer-reported issues, ensuring high quality and KPI adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and OEMs to analyze requirements, define technical specifications, manage SDLC/STLC phases, and drive innovation in software components.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-16 years of experience in embedded software development and BSP/POSIX (QNX/Linux) configuration for ARM-based SoCs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation).
- Strong C++14 skills focusing on low-level driver development, kernel development, and device drivers for Qualcomm/TITD4/SAMSUNG SoCs.
- Experience with software development processes including ASPICE, Scrum/Scrumban/Kanban, CI tools like Jenkins, and tools like Git/Gerrit, Jira, Polarion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in software bring-up on Evaluation Boards and custom hardware with strong error handling and debugging expertise.
- Familiar with automotive embedded domain and software component backlog management, user story definition, and Agile methodologies.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with OEMs and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality embedded software solutions.
